we will collect reference checks from all prospective tenants to ensure they are suitable for the property. The reference checks will be passed onto the landlord for consideration and the landlord always has the final say.

We will ensure that the property and landlord meet all legal requirements including landlord registration and safety certificates. This ensures no time consuming and costly upsets and protects the landlord’s investment.

We will collect and correctly lodge a deposit from tenants in order to ensure complete peace of mind for landlords and to protect their investment.

Inventory
We will conduct a thorough inspection of the property and prepare a detailed inventory before the tenant moves in. Upon moving in, the tenant will sign the inventory. This is to protect the landlord’s investment and maximise returns.
Accurate Rental Income
We will use our experience in the area and our company database to determine the maximal rental income that can be achieved. In addition, we will conduct frequent reviews to ensure that the price charged reflects the quality of the property.

Collect Rent
We will collect rent payments on a monthly basis and credit the net balance to the landlord monthly.
Repairs
We will be made of all repairs through our sophisticated online reporting system. We will then contact the landlord and agree on the required next steps. If necessary, we will organise and arrange all repairs.
